Local Shipping (Hong Kong)
- Free Shipping :Enjoy free delivery within Hong Kong when you spend over HK$600.
- Standard Shipping :For orders under HK$600, we apply a flat shipping fee of HK$30.
International Shipping
- Shipping Costs: These vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
- Customs & Duties: Your country may charge extra taxes or duties when your package arrives. These fees are your responsibility to pay.
Billing & Payments
We accept major online payment methods. You will see the total cost, including any shipping fees, before you confirm your payment.
Processing Times
- In-Stock Items: We process and dispatch all in-stock items within one week of your order
- Custom Orders: We craft custom pieces especially for you. Please give us 3 to 4 weeks to produce your item, depending on the design details
Delivery Times
Once your order is shipped , here’s how long delivery usually takes:
- Hong Kong Orders: 2 to 4 business days
- International Orders: 7 to 14 business days, depending on your country
Custom orders need more time before shipping . Shipping might also take longer during busy seasons or holidays
Shipping Origin and Methods
